Color Vision is a nationwide organization dedicated to helping the next generation of creative women of color in their careers. The company was founded in 2018 by Mia J. Davis when she sought to build a community that could provide an open and safe space for creative women of color in a business that rarely celebrates them.

Color Vision aims to engage, educate and enlighten women from a variety of creative backgrounds to have the career of their dreams through national creative conferences, scholarship opportunities, and mentorship programs throughout the country. They have given away more than $10,000 in scholarship funds and will be launching a national mentoring program in 2021.
