Safe and Sound Studios at LEMS | Seattle, WA

Safe and Sound Studios is not for profit art residency based out of LEMs bookstore that serves low-income women and those identifying as in the community of black and indigenous people of color by providing a safe space to audio record their music while learning about digitizing it as technical sound engineers.

The program intends to create a safe educational space for our most vulnerable population of women promoting a culturally positive portrayal of women making music in our community.
