What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Can I bring my family to my appointment?
Children are welcomed to accompany you to your appointment if you are unable to find childcare. You should only bring other family members if they are also planning to get vaccinated and have registered for an appointment. Use this link to register your family (must be 18 years+): www.mlklabor.org/vaccines.
Do I need to arrive early for my appointment? What happens if I’m late?
Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. We will not run out of vaccines, and you do not need to arrive early in order to ensure you get vaccinated. If you are late, we will try to accommodate you but cannot guarantee we will be able to slot you in. Our advice is that you do your best to arrive at your exact appointment time.
Do I need to have an American ID to get a vaccine?
No, while recommended, it is not required to bring a photo ID to your appointment. You only need your appointment confirmation code, sent to your email after you register for an appointment. Everyone who registers for an appointment at our clinic will be able to get a vaccine regardless of status.
