Position Summary:
The community and school based Child and Family Therapist provides mental health assessments, individual and family counseling, case management, crisis stabilization, treatment planning, and may lead groups in the community. In addition, they will provide referrals and coordination with medication providers, primary physicians and other community agencies. Must be willing to work early or later hours on some days, depending on community needs and school placement, but is a set schedule that can be negotiated. Must be able to work independently but will be under the supervision of a licensed clinical supervisor.
