Join MLK Labor for a Union Job Fair at the Labor Temple on October 3 from 4-6 pm. This is a great opportunity to learn about union-represented jobs with strong wages, benefits, and workplace protections.

Union members are invited to join us on Saturday, October 5 at 10 am for a canvass in support of Alexis Mercedes Rinck (Seattle City Council) and Seattle Proposition 1. The canvass will meet at the Seattle Labor Temple (5030 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134) and include a training before knocking on doors.

Union members are invited to join us on Saturday, October 12 at 10 am for a canvass supporting Alexis Mercedes Rinck (Seattle City Council), Sean Scott (43rd LD Representative), and Seattle Proposition 1. The canvass will meet at Washington Park Playfield on Capitol Hill and include a training before knocking on doors.

Union members are invited to join us on Sunday, October 13 at 10 am for a canvass supporting Melissa Demyan (45th LD Representative). The canvass will meet at Juanita Beach Park (9703 NE Juanita Dr, Kirkland, WA 98034) and include a training before knocking on doors.

The October Delegate Meeting will be on 10/16/24 at 6 pm at the Seattle Labor Temple (5030 1st Ave. South, Seattle)

The canvass will meet at the West Queen Anne Playfield (150 W Blaine St, Seattle, WA 98119) and include a training before knocking on doors.

The canvass will meet at Genesee Park and Playfield, South Parking Lot (4316 S Genesee St, Seattle, WA 98118) and include a training before knocking on doors.

The January Delegate Meeting will be on 1/15/25 at 6 pm at the Seattle Labor Temple (5030 1st Ave. South, Seattle)

The Seattle MLK Day March and Rally is on Monday, January 20 at Garfield High School (400 23rd Ave, Seattle 98122). The indoor rally begins at 11 am and the march begins at 12:30.

Multicare Auburn Medical Center workers with SEIU Healthcare 1199NW have an informational picket on January 20 from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. outside Multicare Auburn on Division St. These workers are raising awareness about their ongoing contract negotiations.

Virginia Mason Medical Center workers with SEIU Healthcare 1199NW are picketing for a fair contract on January 21 from 11 am-2 pm at the Seneca St. & Terry Ave. More information can be found here.
