Position Summary:
Climate Pledge Arena is seeking a Production Assistant to aid the production department on an as-needed basis as assigned by the Director of Production or designee. An integral member of the department, this position assists with event-based paperwork associated with payroll, timekeeping, and promoter settlements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with verification that all Stage Technicians have checked in/out for their shift(s) in the Employer’s time and attendance system
- Verify that all Stage Technicians’ weekly and event hours in the Employer’s payroll system are accurate
- Submitting a report to the Employer prior to the end of the event, which contains the names and hours worked by each Local 15 referral for the event
- Aiding the preparation of invoicing for Stage Technician labor for tour production
- Other related duties as assigned

This project is a completely new arena beneath its existing historic-landmark roof. Climate Pledge Arena opened October 22, 2021.
